To be eligible for reimbursement of your journey, you must first obtain a Medical Transport Prescription (transport voucher) issued by your doctor before the trip.
On the day of your trip, simply bring your health insurance card and proof of up-to-date coverage. We will then take care of completing all the necessary administrative procedures with your health insurance fund.
